Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform basic repairs (e.g., wall damage, broken windows)
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.
- Complete general maintenance work.
- Ability to provide consistent customer service and quality.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to use basic tools, measurements, and calculations.
- Undertake light installation or carpeting (e.g. build cabinets)
- Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
- Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
- Repair equipment or appliances.
- Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
