Our Hawkes Bay clients are in need of experienced, dedicated Accounts Administrators to join their team today, we are looking for people who could start immediately.

Starting rate can be anywhere between $25-$35 per hour depending on your experience. There are full-time and part-time options available as well as permanent or temporary positions. Napier and Hastings locations.

Duties and Responsibilities CAN include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciliations
  • Month end processing and reports
  • GST Returns
  • General Ledger
  • Payroll Preparation
  • Proven experience with accounts payables and receivables or general accounts
  • Detail oriented with analytical and problem solving skills
  • Xero / MYOB / SAP / IMS / NAV experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
