Your key role responsibilities will be:
- Quality data auditing
- Data Entry - computer skills
- Logging improvement opportunities
- Customer satisfaction - meeting SLAs
- Support to the wider Service Hub team
Your attention to detail, accuracy and speed will ensure that you will be a star performer. You will have an affinity and previous experience in working with data. You will also have the abiltiy to identify, correct, analyse and / or question gaps or anomalies.
You need to be a team player and will require excellent computer skills and abilities in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, along with excellent communication and great customer focus.
You will be confident in your ability, share you knowledge and ensure ongoing improvements.
A technical background or understanding will be an advantage.
