7-10 years experienced in Human Resources

  • Oversee onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to supervisors and employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Salary: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month
