Assist with sourcing credible vendors for office repairs and maintenance

  • Supervise technicians and ensure all repairs on facilities are delivered to the satisfaction
  • Ensures that all office equipment such as generators, inverters, air conditioners, etc is proactively maintained and in good condition at all times
  • Keep track of diesel usage, maintain reorder level and ensure a timely supply of diesel without running out of supplies
  • Assist with processing electricity bills, and payments and avoiding disconnection of the power supply
  • Handle the supervision of all electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Monitor fuel usage on pool vehicles by tracking the millage of the fleet and updating each vehicle record
  • Report on Admin expenses and monitor expenditures weekly
  • Supervise mechanics and ensure quality repairs and services are carried out
  • Assist with sourcing quality repair and service parts at the best market prices
  • Coordinate movement and delivery of documents and items between the various offices across the nation in a cost-effective and proactive way
  • Follow up with the Warehouse Manager on all requests and approvals for dispatch of security kits and items to the Northern region through the Abuja office.
  • Deploy kits for new engagements to all locations without delays and meet deadlines
  • Schedule and coordinate in-house and external events assigned without issues
  • Monitor stock movement keeps records, and inform on depleting stock (weekly/Monthly)
  • Carry out all requests residence for laundry, water supplies, repairs, utilities, etc
  • Ensure timely provision and record keeping of toiletries, stationeries, and office supplies

Salary: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Undergraduate (required)

Experience:

  • IT: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • CCNA Certification (required)
