Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Checkout Operations: Overseeing daily checkout operations, including cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and customer interactions.
- Team Leadership: Managing and supervising checkout staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash, processing transactions, and reconciling cash drawers.
- Inventory Management: Assisting in inventory control and product pricing.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Additional Requirement:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
