Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Store Manager role within a large grocery store.
Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy grocery store. Your role will involve:
- Leadership: Providing strong leadership to the store team, ensuring they are motivated and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Operations: Managing store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.
- Sales and Profitability: Driving sales and profitability through effective planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any customer concerns.
- Team Development: Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Compliance: Ensuring the store complies with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a large grocery store.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
