Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Proficient IT skills and a strong focus on customer service.
- Delegation: Demonstrated ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Compliance: Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety procedures.
- Performance Metrics: Experience in achieving KPIs and targets, with an understanding of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Visual Merchandising: Skill in merchandise presentation to maintain a high standard in the department.
- Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with food hygiene, stock control, waste management, and ordering processes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure regular quality and freshness checks within the department.
- Transportation: Must have your own car and a full/clean driving license.
- Residency: Must be currently living in Ireland with relevant Irish experience.
Remuneration:
- Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 per year, dependent on experience.
- Working Hours: 42 hours per week.
- Pension: Company pension scheme.
