Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for food ingredients in Vietnam.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key customers, and other stakeholders to promote our products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Vietnamese market through market research, customer visits, and trade shows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure that product launches and promotions are executed successfully.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make recommendations for product improvements and new product development.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team to ensure that the business is on track to achieve its goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Food Science.
  • Has experience in Food Coating background/industry
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese food industry, including key customers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Have a good network for food service restaurants/QSR/CVS outlets/ food ingredients industry

  • To expand our food ingredients business in Vietnam aggressively.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal

supervision.
- Ability to travel frequently within Vietnam, and occasionally to other countries in

the region.

Salary: 60,000,000₫ - 90,000,000₫ per month
