Who we are looking for:
Finest Future is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager superhero to join the Sales & Marketing team. You will plan and help lead the sales operations in Vietnam - and depending on your language capabilities & connections, other Asian countries we’re expanding into. As a Student Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the B2C sales team, focused on selling language educational programs directly to individual consumers. Your primary goal is to drive sales growth, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships to increase market share and revenue within the B2C segment.

  • Work closely as part of the sales team to come up with a go-to-market strategy, and build and manage the B2C sales team to hit set goals
  • Optimize the sales funnel including recruitment, training of new staff, preparation of scripts, and preparation of sales schemes
  • Leading the sales team through the entire selling process of identifying customers and creating demand by building relationships to ensure a great customer experience
  • Work closely with the Marketing team for the execution of the sales plan

Responsibilities and Duties
:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2C sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and use insights to make informed decisions and refine sales strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the B2C sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain customers
  • Optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

  • Having experience working with and communicating well with Vietnam’s government departments and agencies related to education is a big plus
  • It is a big plus if you are interested in Finland or have some previous experience or knowledge of Finland

Professional requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales; experience in education and social commerce are strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of applicable work experience leading sales
  • 2+ years of experience working in an international environment
  • 1+ years of experience in managing people and leading teams
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (Chinese/Japanese/Thai language proficiency is a plus)
