eyewa *is looking for *Optical Technician/ Optician *as below details:
*Responsibility:
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Listen to customers' eyewear needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Help customers choose eyeglass frames and lenses based on their prescription and style preferences.
- Accurately measure customers' pupillary distance (PD) and ensure proper frame alignment.
- Conduct adjustments and fittings to ensure comfort and optimal vision.
- Place orders for eyeglasses, lenses, and contact lenses with precision.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of orders upon receipt.
- Maintain organized records of customer orders and prescriptions.
- Perform basic eyeglass repairs, such as tightening screws and replacing nose pads.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree of Optics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an optical technician or optician.
- Ability in using advanced machines and manual equipment to assess and diagnose customer vision problems
- Optical training or certification is a plus.
