The logistics operations manager will manage one or more categories within the Ireland logistics function. The LOM has a core responsibility to drive Operational Excellence and manage suppliers for the storage and movement of inbound, interplant, and outbound material, equipment, and finished goods through our Suppliers. They will measured supplier performance using our key metrics in line with the contracted service offered.

This is an 11 month fixed term contract.

The LOM will be required to collaborate with many partners, stakeholders, customers and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to continuously improve the quality/service/cost offering and develop logistics solutions based on stakeholder needs. The LOM will work closely with our suppliers to evolve and maintain their service offering in line with Intel requirements.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical discipline (Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing) and/or
6+ years of experience in one or more of the following Disciplines:
Warehouse and Transportation Management.
Supply chain management.
Supporting or directly working with Factory stakeholders.
Logistics supplier Management and supplier performance improvements.
Analytical skills to gather cost/financial data and synthesize for report out to stakeholders
Ability to work with data - that is, to see patterns and trends and to draw meaningful conclusions from them.
Lean/Six Sigma

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business or Technical discipline (Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing).

Working Model:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
