Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.

  • Execute projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Budget Management

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
  • Regular Project reporting to clients and stakeholders

  • Resource Management:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in data historians, reporting systems, and data analytics to effectively understand and address project requirements.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights to the project team.
  • Must have a base knowledge of IT and Automation systems such as PLC/DCS systems

  • Remote Work and Travel:

  • Successfully manage remote work responsibilities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members.

  • Travel to customer sites as needed for project meetings, assessments, and installations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the life science sector.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) in GMP environment.
  • Familiarity with automation integration, data historians, reporting systems, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity.
