Position Overview:
Responsibilities:

  • Review construction plans and specifications to identify potential compliance issues and make recommendations for corrective action.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and subcontractors to ensure compliance standards are met throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation and permits to regulatory agencies for approval.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on compliance matters as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, engineering, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in residential construction or development.
  • Certification in construction management or related field.
  • Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.

Salary for this Construction Compliance Coordinator role is between €45,000 - €55,000 + Company Car DOE
