Description

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Review construction plans and specifications to identify potential compliance issues and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and subcontractors to ensure compliance standards are met throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and permits to regulatory agencies for approval.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on compliance matters as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management, engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential construction or development.
- Certification in construction management or related field.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.

Salary for this Construction Compliance Coordinator role is between €45,000 - €55,000 + Company Car DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
