Responsibilities:

  • Setting Out:

  • Conduct setting out activities on-site.

  • Site Surveying:

  • Perform site surveys to gather necessary data.

  • Plan and Drawing Checks:

  • Verify plans and drawings for accuracy.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that the work and materials adhere to contract specifications.

  • Communication:

  • Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and other professional staff.

  • Technology Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge of setting out equipment, including GPS, site engineer level, total station.

  • Health and Safety:

  • Maintain strong health and safety standards on-site.


Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of recent experience on residential projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Familiarity with setting out equipment, including GPS, site engineer level, total station.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.

Salary Package:

  • €60,000 - €65,000 (Dependent on Experience).
  • Vehicle/Fuel Allowance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
