Description
My client is a leading Irish real estate development company. They are looking for a Sustainability specialist to join their team in Dublin. You will be working on all proposed and new projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team developing sustainable and green developments.
You will be able to manage sustainability projects from concept to build stage and undertake LEED, BREEAM, WELL and/or BCA Greenmark assessments across various schemes. In your role you will be the company advisor and thought leader in Low/Net Zero Carbon/Energy Building design strategies.
- Formal Qualifications in the following: LEED & BREEAM
- Experience as a sustainability/energy consultant or related position with a real estate company, construction or consulting company
- Working knowledge of sustainable design practices and international experience with experience working and delivering projects in Ireland
- Experience working on residential housing schemes would be preferrable
- Strong project management skills and good communication and organisational skills
