You will become a valued member of the Worldline Merchant Services (MS), the biggest Global Business Lines within Worldline, as well as key person in defining its quality strategy.
You will be responsible for supporting the Merchant Services Quality & Operational Excellence strategy and defining the quality assurance standards and structure across MS.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Overall follow up & reporting on Operational Excellence and ongoing improvements
- Management of the Operational Excellence governance
- Defining the target Quality expectations of Merchant Services, supporting, building and monitoring relevant KPIs.
- Supporting the business in improving the quality processes
- Performing analysis on trends & events related to the operational performance and building a structured plan where relevant
- Performing assessment of IT & Customer Services processes
- Working as a SPOC to implement Group Quality initiatives across MS (both IT and CS)
- You are coordinating the closing of audit findings and align with Group Internal Audit
- You look for continuous improvement and work with the group to improve and automate the Internal Control frameworks
Who Are We Looking For
- Experience in IT environment and working knowledge on any IT process framework (ITIL, TOGAF, DevOps) including experience in implementation of processes based on those IT Frameworks
- Working knowledge on IT Governances (COBIT), KPI setting, P2R, O2C processes and Service excellence concepts
- Working experience on Project Management (PMI, Prince) and problem solving skills
- Independence in action and business decision-making
- Leadership in working with mid-and senior management
- Ability to deliver process improvements (IT and Business processes)
- Ability to structure & analyze data using PowerBI / Excel.
- Comfort working within a fast-paced, dynamic and highly matrix organizational structure with excellent communication skills
