Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide the best possible responses, answer and/or solution to customer requests and/or forward the request to the adequate department and ensure follow up.
- Monitor and check activities ensuring that they are correctly managed.
- Communicate and inform the customer about the status of their request.
- Initiate and ensure adequate measures and activities for resolving customer issues according to defined processes and responsibilities.
- Register customer request accordingly in the ticketing tool and ensure follow up according to defined processes and responsibilities.
- Encodes change of data in the relevant tools and systems according to defined processes and responsibilities.
- Handle and ensure complete end-to-end customer onboarding and amendment process for the assigned Key Account or other customers.
- Support Sales and customer with regards to the provision of required information and documents needed for the correct onboarding.
- Build strong collaboration and relationship with Sales Key Account department to ensure smooth and efficient customer support and communication.

- Very good verbal and written business communication skills in English and Polish.
- Ability to perform data entry with little or no errors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Organizational skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Previous experience within client onboarding and assisting in resolving customers’ queries via different channels is an advantage.
- Additional knowledge of Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian or Czech language would be an asset
