HR Generalist

HR Generalist role will be playing one of a key role in building new HR processes at Haleon with close cooperation with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders within all functions located in Poland (Warsaw and Poznań - about 800 HC). You will be acting as a key expert in the field of local HR legislations. You will be joining organization that is now in a very dynamic moment and you will have a real influence on HR processes.

In this role you will provide and ensure high quality of standardised HR interventions and support with regards to employee relations, labour law, performance management, compensation, benefits, mobility & immigration, and other people related projects and topics etc.

This is a temporary assignment for 12 months.

• In this role you will _
• Support line managers on country level in delivering key standardized HR activities, coach and develop line managers in HR procedures, processes, employee selection and ways of working.
• Consult managers and employees on complex HR management questions.
• Participate in initiatives and programs developed by the HR People Services, Payroll, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Reward, Global Mobility, Benefits etc. and to ensure their implementation either individually or in partnership, including building local HR knowledge and capabilities.
• Facilitate HR interventions and promote global leadership development, development, and coaching programs and resources.
• Participate in projects according to the assigned role. Act in accordance with applicable external and internal regulations.
• Perform additional tasks according to the instructions of superiors within the agreed type of work.
• Why you?_

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 years of HR experience with across multiple HR disciplines
• Excellent knowledge of employment/ Polish labor laws
• Experience in complex dynamic international organization
• Effective presentation and communication skills
• Fluent English and Polish
• Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast & complex company and a changing environment
• Experience in internal/external regulatory & labor relationships works councils, unions, labor authorities)
• Significant collaborative, agile and supporting approach
• Strong solution orientation & pragmatic approach & focus on process simplifications
• Good ability to influence, build strong relationships and capacity to work in a matrix organization
• Good analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree
