Position of *:Manager, Business ChangeResponsibilities*:

• Drive change management throughout the organization i.e. communication, training, awareness and adoption on management initiatives.
• Manage projects of Continuous improvement & develop processes across systems. In addition, facilitate in achieving operational excellence while ensuring that digitalization and automation is fully embraced.
• Ensure governance, maintenance and implementation of service catalogues to remain in place in respective functional areas and propose actions/ solutions for improvements.
• Liaise with commercial team to ensure client offerings remain competitive and are in alignment with overall business strategy.
• Measure reporting requirements related to all the systems & tools (Includes but not limited to data quality, operational KPIs & all minimum standards).
• Prepare Management Reporting cycle for key management & region that includes determination of KPIs to measure business performance effectively and accurately.
• Lead various Projects Progress and define Milestones to enable visibility on any delays or risks.
• Prepare Commercial Performance Review while pinpointing win ratio, Opportunities details, Target Vs Achievements and other KPIs.
• Ensure business controlling in the areas of cost as well as billing and draw attention of stakeholders.
• Manage in preparation of master budget and business reviews while gathering relevant information from teams and reviewing the rationale for the estimates.
• Facilitate in preparation of key presentation on various business requirements.
• Take initiatives in designing dashboard reporting for management.
• Propose areas of automation to bring visibility and efficiency in the organization.
