Requirements and responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Developer, with Dynamics CRM 365 (Version 9 or higher), SharePoint and Power BI.

Job duties:

  • You will be responsible for the designs, development, and implement solutions to expand our use of Dynamics CRM across the organization in accordance with business objectives.
  • You will also be responsible for the administration and maintenance of internal and external SharePoint sites.
  • You will be responsible for supporting internal departments to create dashboards and metrics using Power BI.
  • Working across all departments within Datex, elicit requirements and provide solutions to meet those requirements.
  • You will need an understanding of capabilities of workflows, business rules, business process flows, actions and other out of the box tools.

Technical Requirements:
1. Dynamics CRM
- Responsible for CRM releases, features & best practices, make recommendations to leadership as appropriate.
- Trains users on Dynamics CRM and provide ongoing training on new upgrades etc.

  1. SharePoint
  2. Responsible for configuring and customizing Sharepoint according to company specifications.
  3. Support both internal and external SharePoint users

  4. Power BI

  5. Power BI Report Development
  6. Build Analysis reporting models
  7. Develop visual Reports, KPIs and dashboards using Power BI.

Non-Technical requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, in a relevant field
  • The ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various timelines and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very detail-oriented in planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up
  • The ability to work completely independently or with a team
  • Team player attitude with experience working in a collaborative environment
