Our shared leadership principles of Collaboration, Engagement and Curiosity help us build a community where our people are equipped with the best resources to face new challenges.(COMPANY NAME) Greece is looking for a Manager in Athens to work with our client/s in the European Public sector.As a Manager for International Organisations, you will be part of highly motivated teams who work close to the customers' teams and are the link between development and the customers objectives and needs. You will hold a key role in the management team of the Greek branch of (COMPANY NAME) and be responsible for various business, operational and delivery aspects as well as client management and corporate interactions. You shall be comfortable in taking up challenges and working in an intense and dynamic multinational context.Your role: Manage relationships with key clients across a portfolio of customers in Europe;Close collaboration with the executive team to keep enhancing and developing the value proposition of the Greek office;Develop long-term relationships with our clients, based on a qualitative contact and good delivery;Identify and cultivate branch growth opportunities;Research and build new relationships within existing accounts, including with Executive stakeholders;Drive service line planning activity and accounts integration;Responsible for follow-up on actions by tracking progress against deadlines and driving activity;Develop and manage the branch onboarding process and appropriate tools and materials;Monitor performance of program and project delivery teams and navigate the organizational setup;Influence and negotiate effectively without direct authority to achieve goals;End-to-end oversight of delivery of programs and projects under the lead of the Greek branch already ongoing in several corporate destinations being the responsible for a successful execution. Elements to control:Assessment of the suitability of workplans created by project managers;Leadership on staffing and recruiting processes according to the resources needed;Risk management and suggestions for mitigation actions;Continuous follow-up with the project managers;Best financial management practices;Recruitment and other human resources related tasks;Guide and mentor team members on both technical and non-technical aspects;Be a role model in the organisation and inspire and instill a culture of excellent, commitment and collaboration
