Role Description:
As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support team member, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they need help. You'll be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, identifying and assessing customer needs, and providing solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also work closely with other support team members to ensure seamless customer service.
