Chubb is looking for Application Support professional to join our COG team. Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the CGM Application Support Lead, work within the CGM Application Support Team to deliver Incident, Problem and Service Request ticket resolutions within agreed SLAs for Level 1.5, Level 2 and Level 3 Application Support.
  • Approximately 2-3 years of equivalent experience
  • Complete and publish RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports for all P1 and P2 Incidents on CGM systems.
  • Manage and run regular and routine system jobs and processes to support the BAU business operation.
  • Manage and run BAU system jobs and processes for mandatory regulatory reporting.
  • Automate the running and maintenance of manual system jobs and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other Chubb teams to be able to provide effective and efficient Application Support
  • Liaise with Third Party Software Suppliers
