Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with web design principles, UX/UI design, and HTML/CSS is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling designs, including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website layouts, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on creative briefs and project requirements.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and brand guidelines across all deliverables
  • Translate complex ideas and messages into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs.
  • Use graphic design principles to effectively communicate information and evoke desired emotions or responses.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of visuals and written content.
  • utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create and edit designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance design skills and workflows
