Overview:
This role would suit someone who is experienced in international tendering and in a dynamic international business environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recording, acknowledgment and circulation of incoming enquiries.
Initiation of order processing form process and tracking of internal activities in relation to tender deadlines.
Assistance in preparation of CPW’s proposal including narratives, draft delivery schedules, cost analysis, etc.
Liaison with the customers where applicable.
Updating of ordering processing forms where necessary.
Input and updating of SAP / order entry details where necessary.
Liaison with subcontractors where appliable.
Handover of order file to projects team.
Maintenance and analysis of sales databases.
Issuing and maintaining reports.
Following and maintaining customer qualification and registration processes.
Participation in project meetings.
Supporting the preparation of commercial presentations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree level education preferred in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field.
Proven work experience 3-5 years in international manufacturing company.
Fluency in English language is essential.
Full competence with Microsoft products is essential.
Organized with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Cooperation and teamwork.
Analytical skills and Problem-solving Skills.
International background in studies and or previous work experience is beneficial.
