Account Manager (Corporate Communications & PR)
Your role in summary
Indicatively
Build, manage and nurture existing client relationships and ensure they become deeper continually by safeguarding client satisfaction, development and retention
Shape and manage the short-term and long-term strategic plan of the accounts in collaboration with the Director/ Business Unit Director or the General Manager
Project owner of the portfolio by maintaining clients’ KPIs and reports and proposing recommendations based on the outcome
Anticipate clients’ needs and make relevant recommendations, demonstrating alertness in the short and long term
Responsible for all copy-writing material (Press Releases, Q&A docs, interviews, speeches) based on the agreed strategy
Build strong relationships and networks with the media and other stakeholders depending on clients’ needs and act as the first point of contact of all relevant stakeholder groups related to their accounts
Maintain and oversee client’s press office activities, under the supervision of the Director/ Business Unit Director
Accountable to organize daily deliverables and for on-time, on-budget completion of all projects
Responsible for monitoring strategy as well as issues/crises handling under the supervision of the Director / Senior Management Team. Also, in charge of producing the relevant material (Q&A, statements, etc.)
Undertake the people manager role as per company’s description for all people that are assigned to their team (manage, train, guide and develop executives by demonstrating behaviors according to company’s values and people management processes)
Manage the completion of all client related administrative tasks (databases, ISO files, etc) on time and according to the policies and procedures of the company
QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS:
Education & Experience
University degree in Media Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Advertising
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a PR firm or in a Corporate Communication Department
