System support (Configuration and Administration) 30% + Change request (Coding) 20% + Support User 50%
- System Configuration and Administration
- Facilitate team collaboration and communication with end-user, collecting information, requirements, and troubleshooting.
- Coordination
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants including other members of ITS, end users, vendors, and contractors, etc.
- Collaborating with other departments, vendors, and suppliers.
- Participate in implementation and improvement projects related to the systems they support.
- User Support
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot and investigate the root cause of incidents and report/follow up.
- Monitor incidents and change requests related to the systems they support via the Help Desk.
- Document and training
- Provide end user training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years experience in systems support and troubleshooting.
- Strong in communication, analysis, and problem solving.
- Familiar with Power Platform, PowerShell
- Knowledge of basic SQL
- Knowledge of MS Office365 and MS Dynamics365
- Knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- Service minded.
