System support (Configuration and Administration) 30% + Change request (Coding) 20% + Support User 50%

  • System Configuration and Administration
  • Facilitate team collaboration and communication with end-user, collecting information, requirements, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordination
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants including other members of ITS, end users, vendors, and contractors, etc.
  • Collaborating with other departments, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Participate in implementation and improvement projects related to the systems they support.
  • User Support
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot and investigate the root cause of incidents and report/follow up.
  • Monitor incidents and change requests related to the systems they support via the Help Desk.
  • Document and training
  • Provide end user training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years experience in systems support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong in communication, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Familiar with Power Platform, PowerShell
  • Knowledge of basic SQL
  • Knowledge of MS Office365 and MS Dynamics365
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and good command of English
  • Service minded.
