Job Detail
- Be a part of the interview session along with hiring managers.
- Support VP on managing and supervise the recruitment team.
- Coordinate with department managers for the future hiring vacancies.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.

experience
- Male or Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree graduated or higher degree.
- At least 10 years of experiences as HR Recruit with team management experiences
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Strong English communication skill
