We require to employ a Receptionist that can provide a positive guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and efficient front desk operations.
- He/She will be thefirst point of contact for guests and visitors, responsible for greeting, checking-in, and checking-out guests, as well as addressing their inquiries and needs.
- They will also contributes to maintaining a smooth flow of communication within the hotel and between various departments.
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently, following established protocols.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Communication and Coordination
- Prepare a daily sales report
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge, to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Relay messages, packages, and information to guests and appropriate staff members.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and appropriately, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Maintain a log of guest requests, incidents, and important information to ensure proper follow-up.
- Keep the front desk area organized, neat, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Prepare and distribute necessary reports to relevant departments.
