The Position
L’Oréal LDB Greece is looking for is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with our marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns and product launches. This position reports directly to the Brand Managers of LDB.
You will
- Be responsible for supporting marketing objectives. Organize and Participate in Meetings.
- Collecting, defining business needs, and combining all available sources.
- Outline any existing problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business flow.
- Prepare Marketing Product catalogue. Ensure new products and prices are included.
- Organize end to end Division Commercial Cycles Events, as well as Marketing/ Digital/ Comms team meetings.
- Prepare marketing support materials / presentation validations flow for Commercial Cycles.
- Actively participate in samples and mini gifts forecasting flow.
- Be responsible for preparing Multi-Brand activations for e-com (B2B & B2C).
- Manage marketing projects and go to market strategies led by ASPMs & other PMs.
- Actively support Marketing teams for creative materials & other activities
- Work in collaboration with other Executives to ensure source of marketing tools
You have
- Bachelor or Μaster’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 2-year experience as Marketing Coordinator.
- Excellent command of Greek & English (written & verbal).
- Analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel & Powerpoint.
- Passion for strong collaboration and teamwork in an organization.
- Critical thinking, Problem solving, Attention to detail and capable for delivering a high level of accuracy.
- Interest in cosmetics & the pharmacy market.
