Well established award-winning F&B company located in Senoko Way (Sembawang) seeking Accounts Executive.
Key Job Description
- Key and post invoices, debit and credits as well as goods receiving to the right account and product code
- Able to reconcile ending balance from stock-take provided by stores to determine the COGS
- Allocate selling prices, costs and quantities to the sold products
- Create job for stocks and adjust inventory appropriately
- Prepare reports using excels relating to the outlets assigned
- Review and highlight variances
- Communicate and liaise with Butchery ops team to resolve issues
- Other accounting matter relating to the Butchery department
Involve in other company activities and events - e.g. stock-take
Requirement
- Preferably with at least 1 year of finance experience in F&B industry
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. Fresh graduates welcomed.
- Able to use MS Excel intermediate functions (e.g. vlookup, match, sorting of data)
- Experience in ERP system is a plus
