Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized condominiums/buildings or be stationed at a condominium.
- Collaborate with the Management Councils to effectively manage the common areas and facilities.
- Obtain quotations for both ad-hoc and term contractors' services, seeking council approval as necessary.
- Address and respond to residents' feedback and requests
- Ensure compliance of MCSTs (Management Corporation Strata Titles) with BMSMA (Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act).
- Ensure that building regulations and by-laws are followed by occupants, visitors, and contractors.
- Manage corrective and preventive maintenance tasks for the buildings.
- Monitor and ensure satisfactory performance of service providers and contractors, adhering to work schedules.
- Attend Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (job seekers without experience are welcome, as training will be provided).
- Proficient in IT skills.
- Well-versed in BMSMA regulations.
- Possess strong interpersonal, technical, and follow-up skills.
