Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support
  • Scheduling of appointments with potential customers/ clients
  • Conduct market research and organizational activities for the team
  • Assist in business oriented matters.
  • Perform vendor negotiation activities for business needs
  • Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Possess good verbal & written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Working hours & Salary:

  • At least 2 days a week, 10am to 5pm
  • $12 per hour
