Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support
- Scheduling of appointments with potential customers/ clients
- Conduct market research and organizational activities for the team
- Assist in business oriented matters.
- Perform vendor negotiation activities for business needs
- Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in any field
- Possess good verbal & written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Working hours & Salary:
- At least 2 days a week, 10am to 5pm
- $12 per hour
