Handle full sets of Accounts
- Oversee statutory filings and surveys to statutory bodies
- Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
- Handle the budgeting
- Tax Audit reporting
- Transfer pricing review
- Housekeeping of company's investments, contracts/agreements
- Computation/ Disbursement of Distributor/ Introducer fees
- AGM & ACRA reporting, maintenance of ACRA records
- Presenting to Board of Directors and stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Auditing firms
