- Contacting potential and existing customers on a regular basis via phone / chat.
- Handling customer inquiries & questions.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs
- Helping in creating accounts for users.
- Mastering the knowledge for products / services offered to ensure proper & relevant information is given to potential users.
- Reporting to stakeholders on daily / weekly / monthly achievements.
- Coordinating & communicating with related stakeholders.
- Achieving minimum target for each service line on multiple services offered.
Job Requirements:
- Final year student or Fresh Graduates with minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00.
- Previous experiences in handling clients and business inquiries is preferable.
- Excellent sales skills & customer service skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
