DESelect is a SaaS company headquartered in Belgium, that recently launched its first US branch in Austin, TX, providing a unique opportunity to become an early hire on the ground floor (total team size under 50 globally). Our Marketing Automation Platform (MOP) for Salesforce (and beyond) enables marketers to drive revenue while becoming more efficient.

To further support our operational backbone, we are currently seeking a Junior office manager.

Based out of Berchem, Antwerp, you’ll be working closely with our team members in operations to ensure smooth operations across finance, HR, and our office.

You'll be a key figure in making sure operational assgnments are fulfilled (such as supporting events, people ops, finance,...) and you'll be central in providing a great employee experience amongst our people by helping out with internal events and many processes that help our people grow.
- Main tasks include, but are not limited to:_

Finance:

  • Accounting support (booking credit card statements, collecting receipts, )
  • Accounts payable support
  • Supporting end-of-month closings
  • Invoice booking

People Ops:

  • 1st line HR
  • Recruitment support
  • Office management
  • Assisting founders with Ad Hoc operational tasks
  • HRIS support and maintenance (managing our HR systems)
  • Sporadic travel supports
  • Execute Talent Marketing and Cultural initiatives

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Finance and/or general operations
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Tech savvy (comfortable with g-suite, specifically g-sheet or Excel)
  • A first experience with finance in a professional environment (specifically financial admin), would be nice to have
  • A proactive soul who is process-oriented and able to work independently
  • In-office culture contributor, committed to our hybrid work motion (3 days in office/ week)
