The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team for long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting payroll processing.
  • Calculating payments based on average earnings, temporary disability benefits, maternity benefits, vacation and leave compensation, childcare benefits, etc..
  • Performing calculations related to civil contracts (contractor agreements).
  • Conducting employee voluntary health insurance payment accounting.
  • Conducting all deductions, including those based on requests, certificates, executive documents, orders, etc..
  • Calculating income taxes considering all deductions applicable to employees.
  • Preparing state statistical reports on labor remuneration, including 12-t and 6-t reports.
  • Calculating contributions to the social insurance fund, preparing and submitting quarterly 4-fond reports, preparing and submitting quarterly PU-3 forms and annual reports.
  • Participating in the development of remuneration and incentive provisions, as well as software improvements (preparation of technical specifications, collaboration with programmers).
  • Working with employee advances (expenses for business trips, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Accounting education and experience as an Accountant in the payroll area for 3+ years.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel.
  • Knowledge of and experience with 1C:8 HR Management and Payroll.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information.
  • Responsibility, diligence, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Desired skills
- Level of English - from Intermediate and above.
