IT Analyst / Technical Product Owner:
Responsibilities:
Technical Product Ownership:
Coordinate, prioritize, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Drive the implementation of TMS platform components in the organization's systems
- Design and oversee data transformations and data pipelines
IT / Data Analysis and Requirements Definition:
Capture and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into the foundation for IT design and development
Collaboration with IT Teams:
Collaborate effectively with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of TMS platform components
- Work independently on highly complex issues within the defined platform and competence area
International Payment Systems:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders in business, IT, and external partners on related topics
Technical Literacy and Project Management:
Demonstrate technical literacy and proficiency in relevant tools and technologies
- Take partial responsibility for technically complex projects
Requirements:
- Strong experience in capturing and documenting business requirements
- Ability to convert requirements into the foundation for IT design and development
- Familiarity with international payment systems and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Independence in handling defined problems at a highly complex level within a specific platform and competence area
- Experience driving technical projects in the financial sector
- Preferred experience in financial crime and/or transaction monitoring systems (AML)
- Ability to articulate technical complexities in a non-technical language
- Proven ability to drive and support requirements and design maturation
- Capable of maturing delivery into a business case/epic, including potential proof of concept during the initial stage (Task Force mode)
- Proficient in formulating user stories using Jira and Confluence
- Very good command of English (oral and written)
- SAFe certification is a must
- Experience in Transaction Monitoring and associated case management is highly desirable
