职位描述:

  1. 处理各类日常文书工作
  2. 操作办公机械(电脑、复印机、打印机、覆膜机等)
  3. 办理午餐服务
  4. 处理传入和传出的电话、电子邮件、包裹等。
  5. 文档数字化
  6. 文件填写、分发、跟进、收集、保管、归档
  7. 访客、承包商和大使的协调和服务
  8. 活动策划、协调、安排
  9. 车辆、执照、许可证更新
  10. 公用事业、执照、许可证的申请
  11. 信件起草
    12.每月编制发票和账单
  12. 每月库存盘点和重新订购
  13. 员工参与和沟通
  14. 开具医疗证明,带工人就医
  15. 监控员工出勤和休假
  16. 与保安和清洁工合作,确保工厂整体安全和清洁
  17. 上级临时交办的任务

Job description:
1. Handle various types of daily paperwork

  1. Handle office machinery (computer, photocopier, printer, laminator, etc.)

  2. Handle lunch services

  3. Digitizing documents

  4. Fill in, distribute, follow up, collect, safekeeping, filing documents

  5. Visitor, contractor and ambassador coordination and services

  6. Event planning, coordination, arrangement

  7. Vehicle, license, permit renewals

  8. Application for utility, license, permit

  9. Letters drafting

  10. Monthly compilation of invoices and bills

  11. Monthly inventory count and reordering

  12. Employee engagement and communication

  13. Issue medical chit, bring worker for medical

  14. Monitor staff attendance and leave

  15. Work together with security guard and cleaner for overall factory safety and cleanliness

  16. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
