Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to Managing Director.
• Work closely to Managing Director in the development of high functioning team and work environment.
• Collaborate with Singapore-based hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with both Malaysian and Singaporean labor laws.
• Identify training needs for Singapore staff and coordinate relevant training programs.
• Support career development plans and initiatives that consider the diverse workforce.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires based in Singapore.
• Oversee the performance management process, conducting performance reviews for Singapore staff.
• Stay informed about Malaysian and Singaporean labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements in both locations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles with exposure to cross-border HR responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of both Malaysian and Singaporean labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Salary
- RM 4,000 and above
