Maintenance Clerk

NM PACKAGING (M) SDN BHD-Senai, Malaysia

Prepare/Create PR to purchase spare parts for machine.

  • Follow up delivery date with Purchaser to ensure no interruption to production.
  • Received spare parts from supplier, key in DO and tag the parts and keep inside spare parts accordingly follow location.
  • Generate MIV for all parts have been used to machines.
  • Issue gate pass for parts to send for repairing.
  • Filling the copy of Material Issue Voucher and Material Receive Note
  • Prepare the Preventive Maintenance schedule and follow up the status
  • Maintain and update the documentation related to company policy and ISO
  • Update the spare parts inventory system
  • Create maintenance staff working schedule.
  • To adhere to the Quality & Product Safety Policy.
  • To maintain the documents, procedures and records in the department to both quality & product safety matter.
  • To maintain the Environment, Health and Safety Plant documentation and coordination with contractor (Eg. Fire Protection System and etc.).
  • To develop the system through ISO meeting and internal audits.

Background / Experience / Skill / Training

  • SPM and above
  • 1 year experience in clerical job.
  • Knowledge of basic office management skill.
  • Hand-working, self-motivator, careful, and diligent.
  • Good communication skill, writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
