Description
Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Manage the reception area to maintain a neat and organized appearance.
2. Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
3. Event Assistance
- Collaborate with the events team to assist in the planning and execution of company events.
4. Document Collection and Distribution
- Collect all the document that received from Branch and outsider, then distribute to various department accordingly.
5. Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Accurately enter data into relevant databases.
- Maintain and update records as needed.
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Communication skill (written and verbal) in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to speak and write in CN is an added advantage
- Resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and multitasking.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and etc.

- 收集从分支机构和外部人员收到的所有文件,然后相应地分发给各个部门。
5. 数据输入和记录保存
- 将数据准确输入相关数据库。
- 根据需要维护和更新记录。
职位需要:
- 候选人必须至少拥有SPM 或同等学历。
- 该职位需要至少1年相关领域的工作经验。 欢迎应届毕业生申请。
- 马来语和英语的沟通技巧(书面和口头)
- 能够用中文说和写是一个额外的优势
- 足智多谋、自我激励、高度正直,能够在最少的监督下独立工作并同时处理多项任务。
- 熟悉Microsoft Office,如Word、Excel、Power Point、Outlook等。

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
