Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform audits to verify compliance with quality and safety standards (Outstation visits to KL, Selangor, and Singapore outlets are required).
- Conduct regular inspections of production facilities and processes.
- Generate detailed reports outlining inspection findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Responsible for checking Probability False Rejections (PFR) and following up on improvement actions.
- Understand product processes and validate CCPs or PRPs.
- Conduct labelling checks of the product in the factory.
- Identify and set up Product Specifications.
- Maintain and set product quality standards - Technical Monitoring (PH, BRIX, etc.).
- Ensure and verify corrective actions for product quality issues raised from sensory/PFR.
- Ensure and verify product labelling compliance with the latest regulation needs, export, and import requirements.
- Draft SOPs and manage SOPs for production.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in quality assurance and food safety, preferably in the F&B industry.:
Familiarity with HACCP, FSC 22000, and other relevant quality standards.:
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control practices.
- Able to express ideas clearly with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel for regular on-site inspections and audits.:
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and well-managed personality.
- Able to suggest and communicate ideas to the Head of Department (HOD) for improvements.
Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
