Job Title: Test Technician (Automation)

Location: Kilang Insulet, Kawasan Perindustrian, Gelang Patah

Job Descriptions:

  • Arrange staffs attendance, leave, daily work tasks.
  • Conducting wiring debugging for equipment, ensuring proper connections and communication to support normal production operations.
  • Configure firmware for hardware equipment such as robots, conveyors, servers, servo, scanners, etc.
  • Adjusting equipment parameters based on the actual production situation to ensure efficient operation and optimize production efficiency.
  • Monitoring and maintaining equipment components, promptly replacing damaged components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
  • Understanding and reading simple equipment programs (PLC) to ensure that the equipment runs correctly according to the specified program.
  • Conducting comprehensive analysis of equipment systems, swiftly and accurately addressing equipment issues to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
  • Conducting CPK/GRR (Process Capability Index/ Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility) analysis and using data to identify and address potential equipment issues to improve production quality.

  • Perform automation system integration test:

  • Resolving technical issues around automation equipment


Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electrical Engineering OR equivalent experience that encompasses the knowledge gained through a diploma
  • Manage a team of members
  • Mandarin speaker
  • Familiarity with HMI’s (Machine user interfaces)
  • Debugging skill
  • Sound hands-on technical ability with assembly methodologies including locational methods, setup at assembly, pneumatic actuators, servo motors, limit switches, robotics, steels, plastics, belting methods etc
  • Technical knowledge of cam driven linkages, discrete component assembly and automation

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

  • Johor Bahru (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
