RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards
- Respond to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public.
- Maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels display
- Order items (consumables) within and outside department
- Receiving of stocks, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere
- Promoting and selling over the counter (OTC) medicines / products
- Assisting to inquiry of the products sold in the outlet (OTC) including stocks availability and supply of medicines, general product information by the customer.
- To provide highest quality of Customer Service to all PMG Customers. Building relationship with the customers.
Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
