Description
Responsibilities:
- To make phone calls to prospective customers.
- To explain and promote company's products to new and existing customer.
- To handle leads from any source of marketing.
- To deal with customers' questions and escalating complex information to the relevant departments as needed.
- To maintain records of all sales transactions, scheduled appointment and sales-related inquiries or complaints.
- To develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with vendors and customers.
- To identify and engage with potential customers through various channels including referrals, networking events and calls.
- To make weekly and monthly sales reports.
- To team-up with marketing team to achieve sales target.
Job Requirements
- At least Diploma in any field of study.
- At least 2 years working experience in sales.
- Proven track record or achieved sales target.
- Good demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Possess closing technique skills.
- Willing to travel.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
Salary: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
