Job Scope and Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Director or in a similar leadership role in Manufacturing/Machinery Factory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to dealing with oversea customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
