Requirements

Minimum three (3) years sales experience in MIS surgical device and consumables field
Expert knowledge in the MIS surgical device and consumable segment.
Possess a strong and established network of KOL MIS in Malaysia
Strong experience in planning and executing sales strategy, with a proven record of accomplishment.
Able to work in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment
Effective presentation skills, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude and a team player.
Ability to travel outstation is a must. Occasional work on weekends and work extra hours when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Attend procedures (surgeries) on time, provide appropriate technical recommendation to surgeons during surgery, as well as support and train scrub nurses on-site with technical knowledge on how to effectively use the products to ensure successful procedure.
Promote range of company’s medical products to customers in both private and government hospitals. Achieve monthly sales target set by the company in a given territory.
Territory management and sales call planning will be done with the manager every month/week depending on area.
Promptly organize product presentations, live demonstrations, and workshop to surgeons, as well as OR nurses to ensure everyone is aware of how to use our product effectively.
Continuous Medical Education (CME) shall be done every 6 months to educate and showcase existing/new products to the OR nurses.
Develop and maintain the relationship between surgeons and nurses for sales growth opportunities.
Generate new customer leads and expand existing customer base to increase sales revenue and profitability for the growth of the company.
Commit to travel when the need arises.
Follow up for collection of payment
