Finance & Accounting Manager

meetingsRequirements:

  • Any other ad-hoc assignments including assisting in corporate exercise if any, etc.
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in related experience/ accounting firm.
  • Experience in Group Consolidation.
  • Required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders from overseas, proficient in Mandarin will be beneficial.

Responsible:

  • Manage and lead the team to ensure efficiency of overall accounting, finance, and treasury functions.
  • Review monthly management reports and group consolidated financial statements.
  • Report financial results and cash flow positions to senior management in monthly management meetings.
  • Review tax computation, tax planning, and oversee the Group’s tax-related matters.
  • Attend and present financial reports in quarterly audit and risk management committee meeting and Board of Directors meeting.
  • Assist in preparation and update of project feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and review financial related sections of Annual Report.
  • Liaison with bankers, auditors, and tax agents.
  • Co-ordinate with the outsourced internal auditors together with the Legal department on internal audit review.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments including assist in corporate exercises if any and etc.

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
